Hey, we finally got the key to the church and we can go inside now and look at the property from inside. It’s the same video or the same picture I took before, and the video I took before about the church that we have under contract. We got the key today so we’re going to go inside and see the condition of this property. It needs some work, definitely it needs some work.
This is the lobby. This is the ceiling, definitely need some paint here. The lobby, as you guys see we buy properties in any condition. This definitely needs a lot of work as you guys are going to see in a minute. The walls here are a little bit sagging inside. I’m not sure what is the issue or the extent of the damage, but it looks in pretty good shape from the inside, but the panels definitely need, some of it, needs to be replaced.

So a shower must be installed in here if you’re going to turn those to a family residence or just a living area for a family. This is the other half bath. There’s no shower in here. Just two half baths.
This is the kitchen. The ceiling is deteriorated. The ceiling definitely all needs to be a replaced here in this area. Well, we have two half baths, one room, and a lobby. We can add probably to that lobby to create another bedroom.

I want to show you guys there’s here a room, it’s a mystery room. We don’t know how even you get to it. I’m not sure, there’s no stairs inside. It’s just a room up there. I don’t know how they used to go inside of it and it doesn’t have any signs of stairs inside. Probably the contractor will be able to determine how we’re going to be able to get in there.
Okay, let me go back a little bit and look at the building from the back. Show you guys there’s a backyard, nice size backyard. This is the building from the back. The fascia needed to be replaced. Needs a lot of work. It’s a lot of work for sure.
Some rotten wood here in the back. Needs floors. Deck needs to be fixed, paint. It has central heat and air so we have duct work inside, that’s a plus. Let’s go to that electric panel.
While I’m walking outside memorizing stuff that I need to look at. So you guys do as well. This is a breaker box.
