My name is Kamal Mohammad the owner of Quality Properties of Northwest Florida LLC, I’m a local real estate investor in Pensacola, Florida. I have been in the business of acquiring rental properties and flipping houses for over 10 years. I bought my first personal house in January 2006 and paid way too much for it. I thought my first house would be my biggest investment, but the recession in 2008 proved me wrong. Home prices collapsed and I lost money on my purchase. I realized that sometimes owning your own house can be a huge liability because of taxes, insurance, maintenance, and the big surprises with hefty price tags that come along.
I believe there’s a need for honest, reliable, compassionate, and hard-working people who want to help others who are suffering from financial difficulties. That’s why I created Quality Properties of Northwest Florida LLC. We work with folks who can’t maintain the house payments or can’t maintain the house itself. We help homeowners who are facing foreclosure and fixing to lose their homes. We help folks who owe back taxes, inherited a property, or need to move out of town.
